Novel November Update

Well, we are well into the challenge now, and I am over the 20K mark for my word count in my novel, Winds of Sun Valley. Most of the characters are not new to me, as it's a prequel to my novel, currently in the query trenches, Guard of the Fallen Island.

However, it is always a bit of a challenge coming to characters at a different time in their lives. They are still them, but they have yet to learn and experience the events that shaped who they are to become. Prequels offer a unique challenge, and it's proving to be fun.

In this project, we see a confident queen and a seasoned king before they grew into those roles. With a substantial expansion of the lore, family, and court dynamics of the home kingdom of our hero and heroine of Guard of the Fallen Island.
