About Kevin Pratte

I am a fantasy and romantasy writer, and an aspiring author with a deep love for emotionally driven storytelling, complex characters, and immersive magical worlds. My work aims to blend epic, high fantasy aesthetics with intimate, character-focused narratives with a strong romance at their core. though I may make them work for it at times, I like my characters to have their happily ever afters. 

 

Currently, I am working on a follow-up to my last project that is just entering the query trenches soon. 

 

I have finished what I hope to be my debut novel, "Winds of Sun Valley," a standalone story to act as a stepping stone into my broader world of stories.

 

Outside of writing, you can find me out in the garden or working on various projects, from woodworking to mechanics. Or at the gym, trying to compensate for all the hours of sitting and writing.
